Welcome to Phik! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Phik puzzle booking service ("Service"), where users can book time slots to receive personalized puzzles for their company or organization. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Phik offers a unique puzzle booking service where users can reserve time slots for creating customized puzzles for their company or organization. Each booking results in a unique puzzle being created for the specified date.
By using our service, you agree to the following terms:
- You cannot use our logo or any of our company's app, website, or other intellectual property without explicit written permission.
- By choosing to play, you agree to share analytics data while using the app to help us improve performance.
- Any issues with payouts should be communicated to team@phiklive.com, but all diagnostic and support is provided as mentioned in the payout email/messaging.
- You agree not to monetize or gamble with any of Phik's content or use it for any illegal activities.
- You agree not to attempt to illegally retrieve answers or clues prematurely. Any such attempts will result in severe legal action.
- Any attempt to misuse the payout system or deprive valid winners of their winnings will be subject to legal action.
- If you are part of an advertising company and are aware of the product being advertised, any attempt to share information prematurely will result in strict action.
2. Booking Process
2.1 Users can book a slot by selecting their desired date and providing company/organization details.
2.2 Each booking is for a single puzzle creation on the specified date.
2.3 Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after payment is processed.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate company/organization information for puzzle personalization
- Book slots in good faith and only for legitimate business purposes
- Respect the intellectual property rights of Phik and third parties
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer or reproduce our puzzle creation system
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Phik retains all rights to the puzzle creation system, algorithms, and platform.
4.2 The company/organization retains rights to any specific branding or content they provide for puzzle personalization.
4.3 The generated puzzle content is licensed for use by the booking company for their internal purposes only.
5. Pricing and Payments
5.1 Pricing for puzzle bookings will be displayed at the time of booking.
5.2 Payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
5.3 All sales are final, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Phik is not responsible for any business decisions made based on the puzzles.
6.2 We are not liable for any delays in puzzle delivery due to technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
6.3 Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
